Matt Fryer

Group Compliance Director

Matt is Managing Director of +Us. Matt has been with the Group for over 10 years having previously worked for Big 4 accountants, KPMG and PwC. With over 18 years’ experience of advising individuals and companies on tax, compliance and mitigation, Matt’s knowledge and skillset allow him to support the +Us function.

Jason Palmer

Head of Client Partnerships

Jason has 25 years’ recruitment and managed service experience. He has excelled at building high performing teams whilst delivering outsourced solutions across multi-sector clients and countries. He leads a team of four senior account managers and works tirelessly to develop relationships with new and existing clients, supporting the growth plans of the team.

Lee Docherty

Head of Service Delivery

Lee has 7 years’ experience in the operational delivery of freelance and contractor intermediary services. A qualified Payroll Manager and graduate in English Literature, Lee joined +Us in April 2016. Lee is responsible for the Workforce Services, Client Relations, Medical Payroll and MI teams within the +Us where he oversees the ongoing service delivery to +Us clients.
